Jackfruit not very nice

This was our first Bacchus event — and it will definitely not be our last! The winery is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views all along the course. The food was delicious, the wine was flowing, and the live bands and DJ kept the energy high all day. The atmosphere had such a fun, lively vibe, and the effort everyone put into their fancy dress was amazing — the costumes were incredible! Everything came together for an unforgettable day! Highly recommended.

Finisher T-shirts this year were poor quality compared with previous years but otherwise another great event

Was looking forward to a wine run but one wine station at the beginning and 50ml of fizz at the end is hardly a wine run. There really needs to be one more wine station in the middle.

I can't really recommend it to people as a wine run when there is only one wine station.

Great atmosphere, great scenery, great costumes, great organisation. Not too much queueing for drinks, but perhaps a little crowded once the 10k joined in. Not easy to improve on that due to lack of space.
Will definitely be back

Such a fun day. This is not a race, this is an experience! Running amongst the vines, sampling Denbies' wine, dressing up, talking to other competitors, and dancing at water stations. The finish party is like no other race, great food, music, and of course, wine! Well done 2:09 events for a unique event that welcomes runners [and walkers] of all abilities. We will be back!

The water stop we had between our two wine water stops had no water!!!
The heat was pretty intense and one person running with us was in a fully covered and enclosed outfit and was in desperate need of some water!
At an event this size and for what we paid to attend water should have been available at this stop.

Would like if more water available at stops- we were told there is limited supply and only given a tiny cup! Weather was very hot. Overall fun and great organisation and lovely route, esp downhill at the end!

The run was well organised and welcoming, but the food options at the end were a real letdown

The only thing I would have loved was a water station at the top of the big hill. I was dying haha. But otherwise everything was amazing, what a fun day!

Loved the event. Everything you could hope for in a Wine half marathon BUT this is very hilly for beginners

It's difficult to imagine how it could be improved. I replied "Yes" to question 6 on the basis that my friend and I met a lady running her first half marathon and she seemed to be enjoying it.
